Permissions model must use maps for Module import

Import maps are an effective tool for permissions management in an application that can be scaled. Instead of manually making lists import maps automatically populate lists of groups and users according to their source and module destination locations. This makes permissions management much easier for administrators and developers. However the import map feature has its limitations.

The script type="importmap tag is used to create import maps in HTML documents. The tag should be put before the first script type="module" tag within a document. This ensures that the import map is processed before the module resolution process. At present, only one import map can be loaded per document. In the future, plans call for the removal of this restriction.

Interfaces should implement SafeObject and SafeClass implementations

Interfaces used for Bedford module programming should use SafeObject or SafeClass implementation. While this may be confusing, the goal is to offer security protections. Interfaces should be secured interface to avoid information or capability spillage.
